My name is Elana Evans, an illustrator, animator and maker from Devon, UK. Set to graduate with BA (hons) Illustration from Arts Universty Bournemouth this summer, I am passionate about creating. A versatile artist, I love experimenting with paint, ink, clay and digital mediums. If I’m not sketching, you may find me trying to befriend a local cat, enjoying nature, at a tennis court or socialising with friends.
Some achievements I’m proud of include having my work exibited in NOW Gallery, Greenwich, London as part of the Secret 7: a charitable initiative raising money for War Child UK. Additionally, I was a part of painting Dorset’s largest mural, winner of the Specialist Crafts Front Cover Competition 2016 and official runner-up in AUB x Scribbler card design competition. Furthermore, starting my own small business as well having my illustrations published in the childrens book ‘Puffed Up Pearlette’ has been very fulfilling.
